GET TO KNOW TABITHA,
AKA THE REAL ESTATE BADDIE®

When I relocated to Maryland and bought my first home, I was a single mother working a 9-5 job. Although it was not easy, I knew I wanted better for my children.

My first house was a foreclosure with holes in the walls and a lot of cosmetic repairs that were needed. It was a diamond in the rough, but it was mine. Later, I bought another house and turned that house into a rental property to earn residual income!

After my purchase, I got my real estate license so I could educate my friends and colleagues on the benefits and importance of owning their own.  My goal has always been to educate people that look like me to become homeowners!
